Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the mixture.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before seasoning. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
