Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil


Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then add the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to stir until smooth. Mix in the shredded cheddar until melted.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and stir in taco seasoning.
  3. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and lightly fry tortillas until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Assemble the wraps by layering beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheese, cilantro, and jalapeños on a tortilla, then top with another tortilla.
  5. Cook the wrapped crunchwraps in a skillet seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm.
