Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 tablespoons Taco Seasoning
- 4 pieces Low-Carb Tortillas
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Extra Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then add the cream cheese and heavy whipping cream to stir until smooth. Mix in the shredded cheddar until melted.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and stir in taco seasoning.
- In a separate pan, heat olive oil and lightly fry tortillas until golden brown and crispy.
- Assemble the wraps by layering beef mixture, cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, extra cheese, cilantro, and jalapeños on a tortilla, then top with another tortilla.
- Cook the wrapped crunchwraps in a skillet seam-side down until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
