Description

Delightful sliders featuring juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing, all tucked inside sweet Kings Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • 12 Kings Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and ranch dressing until combined.
  3. Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half on a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the roll bottoms.
  5. Add a layer of cheese on top of the mixture.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
  7. In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in garlic powder and onion powder. Brush the mixture on top of the rolls.
  8. Drizzle maple syrup over the top for sweetness.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
