Ingredients
- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until slightly thickened.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Toss in the cooked rigatoni and steak tips, mixing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
