Description

A delightful dish that combines spicy Cajun steak tips with creamy, cheesy rigatoni pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss in the cooked rigatoni and steak tips, mixing to coat everything in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Consider marinating steak tips in Cajun seasoning for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
